Some of customers are away from home for long periods of time and it is therefore important to us to make to ensure they live well and are fed well during these periods. All of our customers work hard, long hours and we deliver great quality food with a great variety.

We like to offer a “home from home” approach and our Freedom policy is a true accolade to demonstrate our commitment to this.

We understand that everyone has different requirements to their food intake; we take a view that portion control undermines this and does not reflect how we want to offer our service. Nor does it reflect our customer’s ability to choose what they want to eat at home. As such we do not control portions and allow our customers freedom to decide on what is right for them.

This style of service and freedom of choice is unique to MPCS Group and is something that as a boutique, independent company we provide to ensure we offer something different and unique to each and every one of our clients.

Our offshore housekeeping service also plays a large part in our customer satisfaction and we offer a “home from home” approach. We supply high quality bed linen and towels all of which meet British Safety Standards and are intended to offer comfort to our customers. Our laundry service offers a quick turnaround using natural chemicals wherever possible to provide a washing service that meets our customer demands.

Cleanliness of all areas serviced by MPCS Group are a key focus and detailed cleaning and deep cleaning schedules are applied to each site MPCS manage.
